IFFI is structured in four sections

Six days of cinema including competitions, retrospectives, global   visions and streaming! IFFI has it all and consists of four parts.

Part 1: Competitions Films in the running will have the chance to win prizes at the end of   the festival, and you have the opportunity to help in the   decision-making for audience choice! Other categories will each be   judged by a jury — soon to be announced here.

Part 2: Retrospects Here we‘ll show historical highlights with references to the present.   This year‘s motto is EVERYTHING WAS FOREVER, UNTIL IT WAS NO MORE, in   which we‘ll take a closer look at the Soviet Union.

Part 3: Global Visions In this sections we‘ll show select films chosen for a variety of   reasons. This year we‘ll show (among other things) a short film   special curated by our partner festival, Cabria Festival.

Part 4: Streaming After the festival, you’ll be able to stream 10 select films on our   website. Films to be announced.
