FAIZAL MOSTRIXX is an Ugandan storyteller, an afro-futurist avant-garde music producer, DJ and remixerwielding electrifying sets as well as an urban dancer and choreographer. Mostrixx is a visionary grandmaster whocreates fearless and poetic narratives through multi-sensory opuses. Advancing bold tales of Africa through a counter-cultureprism, Mostrixx is one of electronica’s hottest ambassadors for a continent on the move. Entirely self-taught, he forged his creative path from a very young agewatching his mother, a traditional local dancer, andlistening to the tapes his truck driver father would bringback from his trips to Kenya.

Now driven by the urge to create his own musical hybrids,he has pioneered ”tribal electronics”, an infectious freshnew sound that weaves regional beats and moods withelectronic soundscapes and hypnotic indigenous urbandances.
