Corona Information
IFFI 2020 – 23.10.2020
We want you to feel safe during your visit to the cinema and therefore ask every single one of you to help us achieve that. Only then the festival can take place. At the Leokino and Cinematograph cinemas the ventilation systems have been switched to fresh air supply. Apart from that, we have conceived some measures which will help us carry the festival through safely, keeping a close eye on the health and wellbeing of all of us.
– Seats will be allocated according to a checkerboard concept, which means that (1) also groups or persons living in the same household are not allowed to sit beside each other, and (2) that only half the seats will be available in the cinemas. For this reason, we have to ask you to reserve seating in advance. Reservations can be made: - Send text message “FILM TITLE + TIME + DATE” to +43 677 64087515, or via www.leokino.at. Reserved tickets must be collected until 8:10 pm on the day before the showing. On the day of the showing, there will only be remaining tickets.
– There will be no free seating at Leokino and Cinematograph anymore, seats will be allocated. We need to ask you to come to the cinema on time for the film and use the seat allocated to you.
– At the cinema we need to ask you to wear a facemask, to wash your hands or disinfect them. Please avoid crowded situations in and in front of the cinema and keep a safety distance of one meter.
– When the film is over, we need to ask you to leave the room via the rear exit taking you to Innrain. The beginning times of films have been scheduled so that there is ample time to take an airing.
Should you test positive for COVID-19 within ten days of a IFFI-visit or be classified as a possible case, please do not only contact the health hotline 1450, but also inform us immediately at [email protected]
Please stay away from the festival locations - if you have COVID-19 symptoms or if you fear that you have been infected - if you have had contact with a person who has COVID-19.
The Austria-wide basic measures apply.
Update: October 23, 2020.
We are aware that we demand a little more planning from you and that some of the things are unfamiliar. We thank you in advance for your understanding and your cooperation.
