ZEČJI NASIP (DIE MAUER AUS SAND) 

Marko lives in a small village in Croatia. He is popular and likes spending time with his little brother, who has Down syndrome; he has a girlfriend and is due to open a car repair workshop with his father after graduating from school. But when a repressed part of the past, Slaven, returns to the village, Marko’s life is turned upside down: whilst everybody else is worried about an impending flood, it dawns on him that some feelings simply cannot be suppressed. A touching plea for love that defies social rejection.
