SHAMOL BIZNI UCHIRSIN (THE WIND THAT CARRIES US)

Fayyoz Buzruk hails from Uzbekistan; some of his close relatives live in the Kyrgyz city of Osh close to the border. He has never met them. Western newspapers occasionally reported about Osh due to recurring conflicts between Kyrgyz and Uzbek people. When he meets his family members for the first time and sets foot on the streets of the city, he immediately feels a strong connection. He uses sobering images to investigate the reasons why he met them so late.
