MA MÈRE ET MOI

Kees is 17 and lives in a nice home with her mother. When she moves to France, her caring mum drives her to Marseille. While Kees can hardly wait to be on her own for the first time, her mother finds it hard to accept that her daughter is growing up. They set out on a road trip full of emotion where they have to learn to let go of each other. Emma Branderhorst thoughtfully tells the story of a very special relationship between mother and daughter, also drawing on her own experiences with her mother.
