LETZTE BILDER DES SCHIFFBRUCHS (2nd American Film Festival, 1993)

Roberto is an insurance clerk and dreams of being a writer. When he saves young Estela from suicide, his creative life begins. For Roberto, life becomes a novel, and Estela's family, who live in a shack on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, provide him with the material. Soon Estela's siblings move according to the poet's will and the characters in Roberto's novel in turn live from their strange ideas.
