Water is privatised during a major drought. The situation is tense. Jimmy must look for large quantities of water. He needs to pay a ‘Ihlawulo’ (Zulu for ‘dowry’) to his girlfriend’s family. They want to receive fifty litres of crystal- clear water. Only then will he be allowed to see his pregnant girlfriend Minenthle again.
