Pandemic isolation gives rise to magical reflection: during the COVID-19 pandemic, artist Felix Kalmenson and a group of performers took over a huge, unfinished luxury apartment complex and turned it into a space for interpersonal utopias. They process quarantine experiences, such as the delivery of food or new smart TVs, and come up with novel care rituals using visual and scenic arts. Often calm and slow, but also explosive and extrasensory, this piece is a love letter to Georgia’s young queer community.
