ADANGGAMAN (IFFI 14)

West Africa: In the late 17th century King Adanggaman conducts a fierce battle against contiguous tribes. His soldiers raze the villages of enemies to ground, they kill the people or sell them to European slave traders. Ossei`s village was destroyed by Adanggaman`s men, too. His whole family except his mother who was kidnapped fell victim to the soldiers. Ossei is able to hide and decides to rescue her. Thereby he obtains help from warrior Naka, who was abducted herself as a child.
