As part of her artist residency at the Vienna Institute for International Dialogue and Cooperation (VIDC), Sudanese singer-songwriter Hiba Elgizouli is collaborating with Tyrolean-born drummer, producer, and composer Andi Stecher. Together, they will present an experimental performance that blends Hiba’s pentatonic melodies and Sudanese rhythms with Stecher’s polyrhythmic drumming.
The concert will take place as part of the IFFI 2026 awards ceremony and invites you to a special musical encounter between different cultural and sonic traditions.
