Declaration on information obligation

We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we will inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contact us

If you contact us by e-mail, your data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They cause no damage.
We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
In case you do not want this, you can set up your browser in such a way that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Cookies are used for this purpose, which allow an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there.
You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider for order data processing.

Newsletter

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do so, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.
You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: info@iffi.at. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing that has taken place on the basis of the agreement until the revocation.

Your rights

With regard to your data stored by us, you are entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you may submit a complaint to us info@iffi.at or to the data protection authorities.

Event

During the event, photographs will be taken/filmed for media coverage (including advertising for the organizer and its cooperation partners) in connection with the event. This may also result in showing photos/videos. Selected photos/videos in which you may also be featured will appear on the IFFI website (www.iffi.at) and on social media channels of the IFFI. If you do not agree to this, please send an e-mail to info@iffi.at and inform the respective photographer on site. By attending the event without notification as described above or without informing the local photographer on site that you do not agree to the taking of pictures showing you, you agree that photos/videos showing you will be taken and published in the above mentioned media.
Note: The consent can be revoked at any time without this revocation having any influence on a contractual relationship between a company of the Tiroler Tageszeitung group and you. The revocation takes effect as soon as the declaration of revocation is received and does not affect any processing already carried out on the basis of the consent granted.
