FILMBISCUIT: Afternoon discussion session

A discussion with filmmakers and film enthusiasts will provide context for the short film competition. Topics such as intimacy coordination, MeToo, and ‘whitewashing’ in film will be discussed in relation to theories derived from anti-racism and anti-discrimination research and the films themselves. Instructive insights and controversial stimuli will facilitate a discourse that gives a voice to diverse critical perspectives.
