Vittorio Curzel


Hermann, a New York-based university professor and German Jew born in Dresden in 1939, lost his father and most of his relatives and childhood friends in the Shoah. He returned to Germany 50 years after the bombing of Dresden and he cannot recognize the district in which his family used to live.
