In reports on voluntary work in Africa, we usually only experience the views of the people who went there for a couple of months, and these views have dominated our opinions of voluntary work in Africa in general. But what do the supervisors of all these visitors think about them coming and going? From many different points of view, the film shows what people in South Africa, Ghana and Gambia think about voluntary helpers.
